We operate the website bdselect.com and provide recruitment services, psychometric assessments, team diagnostics and coaching programmes to organisations worldwide.
For the purposes of data protection law, BD SELECT is the data controller of the personal data you provide to us.

- Assessment data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems
- Retention of assessment results is limited to 24 months unless extended by mutual written agreement

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share data with service providers acting as data processors on our behalf, assessment tool partners where required to deliver licensed tools, and legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.
7. International Data Transfers
BD SELECT operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where data is transferred outside the UAE or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

- Assessment data: 24 months from date of assessment (or as agreed in writing)
- Client relationship data: duration of the business relationship plus 5 years
